Plasma Polishing technology

Plasma polishing is to put aluminum or aluminum alloy workpiece anodized by conventional sulfuric acid method (or other methods) into plasma polishing solution that contains metal salt for AC (or DC) polishing, to color the oxide film. Generally speaking, the use of AC polishing only use AC transformer, do not need to use DC power equipment. Operation is simple, just control the AC voltage and timing then get the color film.

Plasma polishing technology is a precision polishing technology. Its working principle is to use gas-liquid plasma generation technology to place the workpiece in the polishing fluid and apply a certain voltage to vaporize the polishing fluid around the workpiece to form a gas that surrounds the workpiece. By forming discharge channels at different positions of the gas layer, surface materials are selectively removed to achieve surface polishing of metal workpieces.
